We're currently recruiting for a

Finance E

to join our expanding team based in

Sheffield.

With your role you will have the opportunity to get involved in all transactional elements of accounts and support the wider finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and purchase ledger processing, ensuring invoices are dealt with in a timely manner using the accounting system Invoice processing Cash management including weekly payment runs, cash banking, petty cash, monitoring of bank balances and reconciliations Credit control including liaising with customers to resolve issues Processing staff expenses and ensuring adherence to financial procedures Reconciliation of supplier statements including liaising with suppliers to resolve issues Company credit card processing Support the Finance Manager in the month end process to produce the management accounts Support non-finance staff as required Any other duties as directed by the Finance Manager

You will require:

Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions) Organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week

property finance: 1 year (preferred)
