We are looking to appoint a Finance Assistant to support the financial operations of the school by processing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting the Finance Manager with standard reporting tasks. The role follows established procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with GDST financial policies.
Sheffield Girls' is part of a cluster group of four schools within the GDST. The Finance Teams work in close co-operation, and the Finance Assistant will be expected to support the other schools as required.
The person:
The successful candidate will have a accountancy or financial qualification equivalent to AAT with experience of purchase, sales and general ledgers, and bank reconciliations. You will have experience in a team environment. You will be accurate with attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively.
