Job Description

deVOL Kitchens is one of the leading and most highly regarded kitchen companies in the UK, with manufacturing and design offices based in Leicestershire, London, Bath, New York, and Los Angeles.

We are looking for a highly organised, friendly, and approachable individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, providing support to our Finance department.

Your primary responsibilities will be:



Reviewing the web shop side of the business. Reconciling online orders. Posting and reconciling cash received from online sales. Logging web order dispatches. Online orders stock allocation.

Other tasks will include:



Forecasting of income based on estimated project dispatch dates. US business order book tracking. Looking after accounts payable, sales and online sales for small subsidiary company. Support/ cover up of sales ledger and invoicing. Raising detailed kitchen invoices to customers. B2C chasing of balance payments. Maintaining and posting website sales (daily). Posting and allocating cash.

We would love for you to:



Have accounting experience. Have clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal). Be strong with numbers. Have great attention to detail. Be highly organised. Have a proactive mindset. AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) Qualification (desirable).
We offer a competitive salary of 26,000-28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will also receive focused training in the role, as well as performance appraisals.

After this, we offer annual pay reviews and continued training from our team.
