Key responsibilities



Assist with processing financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts Support the preparation of monthly reconciliations and basic financial reports Maintain accurate financial records and assist with filing and document management Help monitor departmental budgets and track day-to-day expenditure Assist with VAT returns and routine financial compliance tasks under supervision Provide support to the Company Accountant during year-end processes and audits Carry out general administrative duties to support the finance team Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to help resolve straightforward queries

Skills & Experience



Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles Prior experience in a finance-related position is beneficial but not a necessity Capability using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications Familiarity with accounting software is desirable but not essential Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
