We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Cluster Financial Controller and General Manager by performing various administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and assisting with budgeting and reporting processes. This role is essential in maintaining the financial health of our organisation and will provide opportunities for professional growth.

Sales & Purchase ledger
Invoicing
Payroll & Hr
Reconciliation
Respond to and resolve account queries
Audits
Administration
Reporting
Management accounting
Adhoc accounts duties as and when required
Is this role for me?
Previous finance/accounts experience within the hotel industry is ideal, however, not essential
Would consider a graduate who had studied accountancy and seeking their first role
Must be proficient with MS office, Excel to an advanced level
Sage 50 payroll trained
Sage 200 trained
Strong communication & organizational skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high attention to detail
A 'Can do' Attitude, confident and self-motivated
Flexible to work hours suited for month end & payroll deadlines etc
