Key Responsibilities
Create and send invoices for completed jobs
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
Prepare financial records and reports for our accountant
Manage day-to-day company finances
Process payroll and maintain accurate records
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in finance, bookkeeping, or accounting
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
