Legacy Hotels are looking to recruit for the position of Finance Assistant located in Southampton.Position Overview
The Finance Assistant position will report to the Regional Finance Manager and the General Manager.
The Finance Assistant will be based on-site and will be responsible for the day-to-day Finance and supporting the Reginal Finance Manager.
Overall responsibilities will include.
The efficient day-to-day operation and control of the accounting function, including debtors/creditors/cash and bank reconciliations.
Help with the completion of weekly reporting - trading/forecasts/debtors and submission to the head office.
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role is necessary.
An accounting qualification desirable but not a pre-requisite
Sage accounts
Microsoft Office
