Job Description
This role is a hybrid working, varied accounts role within a fantastic small team in a division of an International Business.
The main focus of this role is on accounts payable but it is a rounded role where you will get the chance to get involved in many aspects of Accounts. The role would suit someone with previous Accounts experience and wanting to develop their skills, someone with an Accounting Degree wanting progression, or someone very experienced and just wanting a nice all round Accounts role.
The Role
The successful candidate will be involved with:
Accounts payable and some sales ledger duties
Entering invoices and matching with relevant purchase orders
Processing staff expenses
Prepare and process a weekly and fortnightly BACs payment run
Fortnightly Direct Debit collection
Process refunds
Assisting with month end, eg doing journals, prepayments, and other month end admin

To be considered for this role you must:
Be a nice, down to earth colleague within this lovely team
Have previous accounts experience
Be happy to get involved with a variety of tasks
Want to take ownership of your workload and be happy working with some autonomy
Have excellent attention to detail
Additional Information
Full time role, 35 hours per week, 3 days in the office and 2 at home
Standard working hours Monday - Friday
