We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our team in supporting the financial operations of our organisation. The ideal candidate will assist in various financial tasks and provide essential support to the finance department.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client and office account transactions including receipts payments and transfers
- Process electronic payments via CHAPS and BACS
- Process supplier invoices and payments
- Maintain accurate and up to date financial records and ledgers
- Work closely with fee earners and support staff to provide financial information and support
- Handle queries related to clients accounts promptly and efficiently
- Assist the Finance Manager with Month End, VAT Returns and Credit Control
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: 23,750.00-25,000.00 per year
