Finance Assistant
Location: Stockbridge, Hampshire.
Salary: 27k+
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
1to1 Group is recruiting a skilled and motivated Finance Assistant on behalf of a client located in Stockbridge. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business in a key finance role to provide essential support to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing credit control via phone and email.
Opening new customer accounts.
Performing company credit checks.
Posting and allocating customer receipts.
Completing monthly bank reconciliations.
Uploading invoices to the customer portal.
Producing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Skills and Experience Required:
Experience of working in a busy finance department
AAT Level 3 with three years working experience
Knowledge of Sage 200 preferable
Knowledge and skills to use Microsoft packages such as word and excel
Good organisation
Good communication
Own transport due to lack of public transport to the premises
