We have a great opportunity at site, for someone to support our Finance Team in the role of Full Time Finance Assistant Monday to Thursday 07:30am-15:30pm or 08:00am-16:00pm & Friday 05:00am-13:00pm

The overall objective is to support the Finance Department in reporting Financial Data for the site in a timely and accurate manner.

Some of the responsibilities are

(list not exhaustive):

Accurate financial record keeping

Maintaining financial records

Packing sheets

Sending out the daily delivered schedule

Input stock counts including Raw and WIP materials

Reconciliation of frozen, raw materials and VOCH01

Knowledge of Yield.

Invoice resolution.

P&L Knowledge

Root cause analysis knowledge

Administration tasks

Supporting the finance manager

Participate in audits, fact checks and resolving discrepancies

Ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

Working knowledge of financial and operational processes

Knowledge of Microsoft packages specifically excel

Proven experience in a finance assistant role

Ability to multitask, work to deadlines, prioritise with strong attention to detail

Experience and knowledge of FMCG (desirable)
