As Financing Assistant you will be responsible for:
Bank postings and account reconciliations
Entries and reconciliations on sales and purchase ledgers
Producing monthly payment lists
Other monthly tasks such as posting credit card statements
Reporting to operation team regarding outstanding debtors
Ad hoc requirements from the Finance Director
The successful candidate will:
Have experience of double entry bookkeeping and accounting software
Have strong numeracy and organisational skills.
Have the ability to work quickly and accurately
Have the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise and manage a busy workload
Have a proactive and 'can do' attitude to solving problems
Be proficient in the use of MS Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
Be willing to work as part of a team, providing support or cover for colleagues
