We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Assistant to support our busy finance office and help ensure the smooth running of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing purchase orders, invoices, and payments
Cash management including collecting, counting and banking
Maintaining accurate financial records and databases
Organising transport and payment schemes for school trips and events
Liaising with suppliers, staff, and parents
Ensuring compliance with school financial policies and procedures
We're looking for someone:
With good literacy and numeracy skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software
Organised, accurate, and able to meet deadlines
