12 month FTC



Location - Warrington (WA3 6UT).



Reporting to Finance Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising with external support in preparation for VAT submission, Financial Statements, and support with internal and external audit.



Working efficiently and effectively with the other Finance Assistants will enable the business to meet all its filing deadlines and help with the smooth running of the finance function.

What you will be doing:

Monthly intrastat returns. VAT returns for multiple RSIS businesses. Office for National Statistics (ONS) returns. Month end / year end close procedure tasks, including account reconciliations. Financial statements preparation. FX revaluation. Processing/reconciling accruals, prepayments and intercompany. Support with internal and external audit.

Personable, enthusiastic, team-oriented and able to lead by example. Strong Excel skills A good communicator who is able to forge strong relationships in a matrix structure. Experience using SAP.
