Founded in 1999, Ecolution Group delivers renewable energy and property maintenance services to both the commercial and housing sectors. Our dedicated team designs, supplies and installs renewable technologies while providing ongoing maintenance to ensure system optimisation and maximum savings for our clients.

We are a growing business looking for a motivated individual to join our finance team and grow with us.

The Role

As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our accounts and finance functions. This is a diverse role offering exposure to various financial responsibilities within a dynamic, expanding business. You will primarily manage accounts payable, while also supporting credit control, reconciliations, invoicing and daily banking as needed.

Responsibilities

Process supplier and customer invoices. Manage subcontractor payments and reconciliations. Assist the Finance Manager with reconciliations and documentation of processes. Support bank reconciliations, daily cash reporting and intercompany movements. Investigate and resolve customer payment queries and process invoices/credit notes. Assist with staff expenses, company credit cards and payment imports. Support ad-hoc finance projects.

What we're looking for:

Experience in accounts or finance role. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Confident, professional and polite telephone manner. Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively. Calm, positive and professional attitude under pressure. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics beneficial, but not essential. Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive approach.
