We're currently seeking a Finance and administration Assistant to join our team on a flexible part-time basis. This role would suit someone looking to fit rewarding work around school hours. We are a friendly and fast-growing conglomerate based in Westbury On Severn, Gloucestershire. As we scale, we seek a financial and administration assistant on a flexible part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices, purchase orders and receipts accurately
Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and petty cash management
Help prepare financial reports and budgets
Maintain accurate records and ensure filing is up to date
Provide general PA administrative and project management support to the business, working closely with the CEO and owners.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or book-keeping role
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage or QuickBooks)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to improve processes and ways of working as part of a team
Working Hours
This is a part-time role, working 10:00 - 15:00
