We offer a diverse range of decisioning software and data services to the online lending industry in both the UK. We primarily supply services to UK clients; however, we have ambitious plans for growth and are looking to expand into new territories overseas.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team. The primary focus of the role will be to support with the day-to-day functions of the Finance Department and with flexible part-time hours on offer, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant looking for the next step in their career.

What We're Looking For
The role:
Processing all sales and purchase invoices on to the finance system
Ensuring that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner
Ensuring that all reasonable discounts are taken on accounts payable
Ensuring that accounts receivable are collected promptly
Processing of bank transactions on to the finance system
Ensuring that periodic bank reconciliations are completed
Ensuring that required debt payments are made on a timely basis
Maintain an orderly account filing system
Issuing contract letters to customers upon certain triggered contract inception dates
Maintaining the invoicing calculations and logs and raising customer invoices
Issuing supplier ISO compliance documentation and updating the system supplier status
Daily cashflow forecast updates using the template provided
Sales order processing as required by your line manager
Setting up and monitoring projects on the finance system
Processing of timesheet entries on to the project system and maintaining records
Supplier and statutory payments as required
Support statutory reporting as required including VAT
Supporting the Head of Finance with the production of management as necessary
Collation of data as required for further analysis and review
Payroll processing illness cover (in-house training provided)
What We're Looking For - Skills & Experience
Good attention to detail and high numerical skills
Previous accounts experience (essential)
Experience using Sage Accounts (desirable)
Experience using Sage payroll processing & systems (desirable)

Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
