Altus Education Partnership, a growing and ambitious trust, is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our expanding finance operations.

As Finance Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our financial systems across the Trust. You'll work closely with the Head of Finance and Finance Technician to:

Process purchase orders and invoices using IRIS Financials Manage supplier accounts and reconcile statements Oversee ParentPay and support trip accounting Handle cash collection and banking Provide frontline support on finance queries and assist in financial system maintenance

What We're Looking For:

Experienced in using financial or computerised systems (IRIS knowledge is a bonus) Highly organised with strong attention to detail IT proficient, especially in Excel A strong team player with great communication skills Committed to the values and vision of Altus Education Partnership GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above are essential.
