Summary

We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team at Jomas Associates. This role is essential in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Located in Uxbridge, you will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering high-quality consultancy services.

Responsibilities

Support the Operations team with invoicing and payment processing. Fully manage accounts payable and receivable functions. Carry out credit control functions Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and accounts. Provide administrative support for financial audits as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in a finance - accounts payable, receivable and credit control, is required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
