Role Description




This role will provide a breadth of exposure and the opportunity to gain lots of experience in a fast paced and exciting company that is restructuring and strengthening its finance team. You will support our preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring that we are following processes and retain records for audit, ensuring that we have comprehensive reconciliations for balance sheets & other accounts, exposure to departmental and wider business projects and clear personal development within the Finance Team.

Principle Accountabilities



Supporting the Management Accountants to provide Monthly Reporting Packs including Consolidated Group Account and Banking Pack Reports Support with accurate and timely reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts for both the UK company and international subsidiaries, including Intercompany reconciliations across all entities Reporting and analysis as required by management accountant with support & development Ensuring that we are always up to date and in line with accounting standards and compliance requirements across the processes, as set by the senior members of the team Align with business improvement and efficiency initiatives as appropriate Liaising with other finance teams and the wider business to achieve objectives Ensure that financial controls are consistently applied to your role Manage and support audit queries alongside the Finance Manager and Group FC Any other duties that may be reasonably required by the team

Educational/Professional Standards



GCSE Mathematics and English Required - 'A' Level Mathematics an advantage Part Qualified AAT/CIMA/ACCA an advantage Excel Intermediate as minimum - Dynamics 365 an advantage 2+ years' experience gained in a similar environment Proven experience in working in a successful team
