Location: UK wide - Fully remote with occasional onsite presence required
Salary: 41,537 - 49,664 per annum

About the Role
As a Finance Business Associate, you will work closely with budget holders to deliver clear, data-driven analysis that enables effective decision-making. You'll play a critical role in forecasting, financial planning, modelling, and business case development, ensuring financial activity aligns with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver divisional analysis, reporting and commentary to support operational decision-making
  • Support financial planning cycles, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Build business models to inform performance, ROI, and long-term planning
  • Provide commercial and analytical support for business cases and investment decisions
  • Collaborate with finance colleagues to enhance consistency and efficiency in reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial tools, processes and stakeholder engagement
Role-specific knowledge & skills
Essential:
  • Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, AAT) and actively working towards full qualification
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
  • Experience delivering financial insights in a complex organisation
  • Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
