We're working with a successful and well-established manufacturing business in Basingstoke, Hampshire who are looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner. What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Partnering with operational and commercial teams to support key business decisions
• Providing insightful analysis on performance, cost drivers and profitability
• Preparing forecasts, budgets and monthly reports with commentary
• Supporting investment cases, capex, and strategic projects
• Acting as the link between finance and non-finance teams - translating data into action

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
• Strong business partnering experience, ideally in a manufacturing or product-based business
• Commercially curious with confidence to challenge and influence
• Comfortable working with data, systems and people - and switching between them!
