Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Salary: 30-46k
Robert Half is proud to be partnering with an award-winning business in Bath to recruit for a Finance Business Partner to provide financial insight, reporting, and support to key operational areas. This role will work closely with budget holders and stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce monthly management accounts, budgets, and variance analysis
- Advise budget holders on financial performance and cost-saving opportunities
- Support annual budget planning and year-end audit processes
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
- Provide financial modelling and project costing
- Collaborate across Finance and Business Intelligence teams
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and reporting requirements
Essential:
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or part-qualified
- Experience in a management accounting role
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with a range of finance systems
- Background in public sector or similar
