What you'll be doing:



You'll produce accurate and insightful management accounts, board reports, and forecasts.



Proactive engagement and partnering with senior stakeholders and budget managers across the business - particularly our Corporate Projects, Development (Property Sales) and Mutuals & Leasehold (Service Charges) - you'll provide the financial insight they need to make sound, strategic decisions.



Continually improve the quality of our financial information, while maintaining a firm grip on compliance and controls.



Our Ideal Candidate? We're seeking a proactive finance professional, with the following:



Finalist, newly qualified or qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA/ACCA/ACMA).



Demonstrable experience in producing and presenting management accounts, budgets and forecasts.



Experience of partnering with a range of stakeholders, from Directors to frontline colleagues, with the proven ability to present financial information and influence business performance by offering challenge and support.



Experience of using Excel within an accounting setting to analyse and interpret high volumes of data (VLookups, Sumifs and Pivot tables etc).



In this role, you can expect to work from the office a minimum of 3 days per week. Based on business needs, time spent working from the office may increase during reporting cycles.
