Finance Business Partner required for large internationsl charity based in Birmingham, initially for a 6 month period.
Reporting to the Senior Financial Accounting Manager (with a dotted line into the GFD Director). The role requires the ability to take informed decisions for meeting reporting requirements. The role has the autonomy to design and develop the initiatives to meet stakeholder requirements and to plan their own and coordinate with the financial, regional and Donor compliance teams. The Financial Business Partner has support responsibility to evaluate, report and capacity build GFD Departments and Select Partner Offices operations. Ensuring GFD Departments and Select Partner Offices maintain and operate under an effective control environment. Minimises the risk of fraud, corruption and bribery. The Financial Business Partner will be responsible for ensuring policies and procedures of
the charity well as local laws are adhered to. The post holder will be expected to travel to each partner office at least once a quarter.
