We're excited to offer an excellent opportunity to join our team as a

Finance Business Partner

on a

fixed term/secondment basis

until

31

st

May 2026.





As a vital member of our Business Partnering team, you'll work closely with Directors, Senior Managers, and budget holders across our Housing Operations teams.



You'll be at the heart of supporting our teams with budget management, financial forecasting, and performance analysis. By building strong relationships and offering clear, insightful advice, you'll help colleagues make confident, informed decisions. Your input will challenge thinking in a constructive way and play a key part in shaping the strategy that helps us deliver for our customers and communities.



This role plays a key part in supporting our corporate objectives, embedding our values, and helping budget holders achieve the best value for money. You will be joining us at a pivotal time, as you will not only support budget holders during the annual budget-setting process, but also play a crucial role in supporting the team during the implementation of our new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system.


Some of the things we are looking for:




Demonstrable accounting experience in a large, complex organisation with substantial budgets Experience of working within a business partnering role and partnering operational managers Experience of developing and delivering an excellent customer driven service to differing audiences and stakeholders Experience of developing finance reporting which informs and supports service delivery Experience of interpreting information, carrying out research, analysing complex data, appraising performance, and managing risk

While this role offers the flexibility of being home-based, occasional travel to Group offices and other locations, including Birmingham Business Park Solihull and Central Park, Worcester, is essential.*
