Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a leading manufacturing organisation. This role requires a professional with strong financial expertise to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
- Management of Standard Costing systems
- P&L responsibility for analysing Sales, Material Cost, Labour and Overhead absorption
- Sales - Credit note analysis, sales price variances, impact of FX
- Materials - Purchase Price Variance, Scrap
- Direct Labour - Labour Efficiency, Wage rate variance,
- Inventory valuation - lower of cost & NRV, slow moving WIP
- Standard Margin Reporting
- Remediate process and commercial issues in AP and AR
- Five year planning to Gross Margin
- Professional qualification in accounting or finance -ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent
- Proven expertise in financial analysis and business partnering within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with strong Excel skills.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to work.
