Duties

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organisation's goals. Prepare and analyse financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to provide insights into financial performance. Oversee financial accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Manage the financial planning process, including resource allocation and investment strategies. Lead cross-functional teams to enhance organisational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in financial operations. Provide training and support to staff on financial policies, procedures, and best practices. Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication regarding financial matters.
