The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority (MCA) is seeking to appoint a Finance Business Partner, to join the Finance team. Your key responsibilities in this role would be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Metro Mayor by:
Driving sound financial management across projects and operations
- embedding control, value for money, and strategic oversight from concept to close.Providing clear, confident financial advice
- supporting both operational leads and finance colleagues with insight that informs smart, timely decisions.Translating complex financial data into meaningful narratives
- making information accessible, relevant, and actionable for stakeholders at every level.Championing a high-performance finance culture
- promoting continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and smarter ways of working across the team.Are you someone who has a strong grounding in finance, excellent communication skills and ultimately always focuses on delivery?
