Robert Half are pleased to be partnered with a longstanding client to recruit an interim finance business partner to support them through a busy period of business planning.
This Finance business partner position requires someone immediately available.
- Duration: 4 months
- Start: ASAP
- Location: Central Bristol
- Day rate: Up to 350.00 per day
- Review monthly P&Ls, perform variance analysis, and provide insightful commentary.
- Analyse historical and forecast financial and operational trends to identify key actions and strategic implications.
- Conduct ongoing profitability analysis and benchmarking to identify value-adding opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to drive profitability through action plans and cost improvements.
- Support cost management by creating and maintaining master schedules.
- Improve processes to enhance visibility, accuracy, and accountability of property P&Ls.
- Develop simple templates and policies to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyse financial data to generate actionable insights.
- Act as a strategic business partner, offering expert financial analysis and real-time insights.
- Build collaborative relationships across finance, operations, and commercial teams.
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA (May potentially review QBE)
- Experienced within a multisite organisation.
- Experience using ERP Systems
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner Role.
