Overview

As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a key link between the finance function and the operational teams. You'll provide insightful analysis, financial guidance, and strategic support to help drive performance, efficiency, and profitability across the business.

Location: NewCold Corby, Curver Way, Corby, NN17 5XN.

Salary: Up to 50,000.00 (DOE).

Contract: Full time, permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with operational managers to provide financial insight and support effective decision-making. Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses. Drive cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for operational improvements. Support the budgeting and forecasting process across multiple departments. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations. Assist in month-end and year-end processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support the development of financial models and business cases for new projects. Collaborate with the wider finance team on process improvements and system enhancements.

About You:

You'll be a confident communicator with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in a management accounting, financial analysis, or business partnering role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Strong Excel and financial modelling skills. Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or FMCG (preferred but not essential). Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or qualified by experience.
