As part of this growth, we are looking for a Commercial Finance Managers - Business Partners to join our high performing, fast paced finance team.



Reporting to the Finance Director, you will provide financial expertise to support our commercial activities and make sure decisions are financially sound.



This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact as the business continues its exciting growth journey.



You will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting for one of our teams. Conducting performance-based analysis, highlighting variances, monitoring KPI's and creating internal reports to support decision-making.



It is important that this role acts as a trusted partner to those teams and a conduit between financial process and operational performance. You will...



Dive into financial planning and analysis, developing and implementing financial models, collating operational assumptions and providing insights Review financial reports and develop specific KPI's and reporting to support our 3-year vision Partner with internal functions to develop and monitor budgets for both revenue and cost Support teams with their in-month forecast and support with delivery of regular forecasting cycles Develop an MI pack and highlight any areas of focus, reporting on trends and KPIs Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies

Experienced in financial modelling Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills Have a passion about the use of data, AI, and automation Be able to build strong relationships through great communication and interpersonal skills Have the confidence to challenge and show resilience where required Possess Commercial Awareness and business acumen Be qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA preferable
