Financial Business Partner (Dulux Decorator Centre Stores) / Retail

Job Purpose
You will join our pool of financial professionals providing financial guidance and support for our network of over 350 retail stores operating in over 5 countries. We will look to you to ensure our retail network achieve business objectives in an affordable and controlled manner.
Job Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of finance business partnering across several departments within our UK Stores business.
• Support & work on projects for the entire EMEA stores business.
• Collaborate & participate in projects across wider Stores Pool EMEA with other team members to help deliver EMEA wide objectives, alongside those within the UK.
• Support business success by ensuring the right information/insights are provided to support business decision making.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify & prioritise key tactical/strategic projects to support in the delivery of the Retail Business targets.
• Help the business to identify profitable ways to develop competitive advantage
• Evaluate current practices & develop opportunities to improve efficiencies.

Job Requirements

• Qualification in Finance or Accounting.
• Ideally an Executive Master of Finance and Control (Registered Controller) or CMA or CIMA, or MBA qualified.
• Significant experience as a finance professional.
• Strong background in business partnering.
