At CrossReach, the social care arm of the Church of Scotland, we've been caring for people of all ages across Scotland for more than 150 years. Now we're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our leadership team and help us shape the future.
This isn't just about numbers though you'll be responsible for budgets, forecasts and financial reporting. It's about being a real partner to our service leaders; giving them the financial insight and support they need to keep vital services running and growing. You'll sit at the heart of our planning, working alongside Directors and Heads of Service, preparing reports for senior teams and the Board, and helping us spot opportunities and challenges ahead.
We'd love to hear from you if you're a qualified accountant with solid senior level experience, confident with IT (especially Microsoft Office and M365), and someone who enjoys building relationships and influencing change. A UK driving licence is essential, and experience in a commercial or multi functional environment would be a bonus.

As CrossReach carries out its work in Christ's name, this post requires you to have a Christian faith and to be able to uphold our Christian ethos. You will also need to become a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups scheme (PVG).
The CrossReach Head Office in Edinburgh, however there may be options to work from another regional office. This can be discussed at interview.

As we do our work in Christ's name the job you have applied for requires you to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos. This is an Occupational Requirement under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.
This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
