The Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting the Finance department with strategic decision-making by providing in-depth financial analysis and insights. • Business partner with key senior stakeholders, providing support.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to support business decisions.

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• An exceptional academic background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA (or equivalent).
• Background of working within the business services industry.
• Proven expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
• The ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results.
