Job Description
Due to internal changes my client requires a finance business partner/ MA to join their busy finance function
The role of finance business partner would include, but not be limited to the below tasks:
- Completing monthly management accounts
- Variance Analysis
- Working with budget holders
- Over-see funding agreements
- Preparing costings
- Dealing with queries
- Dealing with queries
A successful Finance Business Partner - Income should have:
- A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within the not-for-profit industry.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with financial software and systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
- Hybrid working arrangements for improved work-life balance.
