Finance Business Partner

FTC 14 months (Maternity Cover) | Start in Summer 2025 | located in Stoke or Hull

Are you a hands-on finance professional with a passion for manufacturing? Do you enjoy improving financial processes and making numbers meaningful to the wider business?


We're looking for a Finance Business Partner (or experienced Management Accountant) to join our dedicated and lovely team in Stoke and play a key role in supporting our financial performance and operational decision-making.


This is a great opportunity to get involved in both day-to-day reporting and deeper cost analysis, including product costings, rebate management, and process improvements using SAP.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting daily, weekly, and month-end reporting for our Stoke site Managing and improving customer rebate processes Working with operations on product costings and manufacturing analysis Helping to improve our SAP finance processes and reporting tools Supporting month-end accounting, variance analysis and stakeholder insight Collaborating with teams in Stoke and Hull (travel approx. once or twice a month)

What you'll need:

Part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or strong QBE Solid background in management accounting, ideally in a manufacturing environment Strong SAP or ERP systems experience Great communication and problem-solving skills A proactive and hands-on approach

This role can be located in Stoke or Hull. There may be some travel between the sites and candidates would need to be able to drive.
