Job Description

As Finance Business Partner for International & Fulfilment, you'll play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, insight and improvement across Evri's International Inbound operations. You'll combine strong analytical skills with commercial acumen to influence decision-making, guide operational success and deliver profit growth through effective financial planning and reporting.
This is an exciting, key business-facing role, working closely with Commercial and Operational leaders to turn data into action and insight into performance.

  • Deliver clear, insightful weekly and monthly financial reporting that supports strategic and tactical business objectives, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with client managers to produce rolling 13-week forecasts, ensuring accurate visibility of future performance.
  • Lead the annual budget and reforecasting process for your area, providing analysis and recommendations to drive improvement.
  • Conduct weekly debt reviews to support effective cash flow management.
  • Partner with the Commercial team to prepare and deliver business plans and budgets aligned with Evri's financial strategy.
  • Carry out contractual and surcharge reviews, identifying opportunities for optimisation and margin improvement.
  • Build strong relationships across the business to challenge, support, and influence financial decisions.
  • Take ownership of month-end accounting processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting.
  • Support the development of financial insight and KPI dashboards that drive informed decision-making.

  • Degree qualified and fully professionally qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering.
  • Understanding of budgetary control, P&L management, and financial reporting.
  • Experience within logistics, supply chain, or a fast-paced, complex business is advantageous.
  • Commercially focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communicator, confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about driving improvement.
