Job Description

As our Finance Business Partner - EVRi Premium, you'll play a key role in driving financial planning, insightful management reporting, and profit improvement initiatives for our premium business. You'll also support the integration of EVRi Premium into the wider EVRi Group, ensuring alignment, consistency, and strong financial control.
This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate with commercial, operational, and senior stakeholders to bring financial clarity, influence decision-making, and identify opportunities that drive growth and value.

  • Delivering accurate, insightful financial reporting, forecasts, and annual budgets to support strategic and tactical objectives.
  • Developing and integrating new financial reporting for EVRi Premium into the wider Group structure, ensuring alignment and accuracy.
  • Partnering with commercial and operational teams to prepare business plans, budgets, and performance reviews that drive profitability.
  • Providing clear, visual financial insights to lead discussions, challenge results, and highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Reviewing contracts and performance metrics to optimise revenue and support business decisions.
  • Building strong, trusted stakeholder relationships, influencing outcomes and promoting financial accountability.
  • Championing innovation and continuous improvement across finance processes, sharing best practice and upskilling colleagues.

  • Degree educated and fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
  • Advanced Excel and strong IT skills.
  • Solid understanding of budgetary control, P&L management, and financial reporting.
  • Proven experience in business partnering and performance management.
  • Background in logistics, supply chain or fast-paced environments (advantageous).
  • Demonstrated success improving financial performance within operational or corporate teams.
  • Highly analytical with commercial acumen to evaluate business cases and identify improvement opportunities.
