Evri is looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our International Inbound area - one of the most dynamic, fast-growing parts of the business. You'll play a critical role in financial planning, reporting, and performance management across the year, ensuring we're making the smartest decisions to maximise profitability and long-term growth.

  • Produce high-quality weekly and monthly financial reporting, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with client managers to analyse client profitability, supporting rate and volume decisions.
  • Conduct weekly debt reviews to strengthen cash flow performance.
  • Lead annual budget cycles and in-year reforecasts.
  • Present clear, visually engaging financial updates to stakeholders, driving discussion and challenge.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to build business plans and budgets that add real value.
  • Identify opportunities to influence stakeholders and deliver profit improvements.
  • Review commercial contracts to ensure strong performance, with a particular focus on surcharges.
  • Support decision-making by articulating commercial rationales with client managers and senior finance leaders.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to challenge and support financial performance.
  • Own the month-end process for your area, ensuring accuracy and meaningful outputs.

  • A degree-level education and a full professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
  • A strong understanding of P&Ls, budgetary control, and financial reporting.
  • Experience partnering with a wide range of stakeholders, ideally in a fast-paced, growing business.
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain (advantageous but not essential).
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for improving financial performance.
  • Highly analytical with excellent commercial judgement.
  • Confident influencing senior leaders and challenging decisions respectfully and effectively.
