As a strategic advisor and trusted partner to your business areas, you'll be providing high-quality financial analysis and insights. You'll also work closely with budget holders, helping them understand and strategically manage their budgets.

• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with departmental leaders to develop and manage budgets effectively.
• Prepare accurate financial forecasts and variance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support the preparation of financial reports for senior management and trustees.
• Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and process improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to non-financial stakeholders, translating financial data into actionable insights.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies for the organisation.

• A professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of the not-for-profit sector and its unique financial requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
