The Job



The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for Management Accounts team and working closely with the project teams to track, analysis and account correctly any spending within the Flight Club Darts group.


The role is expected to work with the other members of the finance, programme and central management teams to ensure timely and accurate reports & information are given.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities;




Management:

Develop and train the Management Accounts team Analysis Financials monitoring and analysis - tracking and monitoring project expenses Analyse financial data to identify discrepancies & provide reports for stakeholders

Business Partnering:Business partner with the Quantity Surveyor and Head of Construction to monitor, track and challenge build project expenses both for capex, Pre-Opening and P&L expense Business partner with the Head of PMO and project manages to monitor, track and challenge project expenses Business Partner with Warehouse Manager and Dressing and Production team to ensure the stock is correct in the Warehouse Business Partner with the tech team to ensure the stock is correct in the Tech Warehouse

Management Accounts:Ensure Franchise expenses are accounted for correctly working with teams across the business and directing within the accounts team the invoice creation Ownership of the Fixed Asset Register including creation of assets and reconciliation to the trial balance Month End Reporting Other ad hoc tasks as required

To be successful in the role, you'll:

Be a qualified Accountant ( ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent) Have Team Management experience Be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, with a proven ability to build strong working relationships at all levels Demonstrate advanced MS Excel skills Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work confidently with stakeholders across multiple business functions Have experience working both independently and cohesively as part of an internal team and deliver results by prioritising workload
