A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for engaging with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of the Transport & Distribution sector is advantageous.
  • The ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
