About the role:

We are seeking a professional, hard-working, and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team here at Mitie. This is an extremely commercially focused role where you will be supporting contract managers, operations, and business development teams.



You will compile annual operating plans and OGSP's to deliver them and adhoc financial analysis to support business decision, ensuring FSS delivers accurate reporting. You will be supporting the FSS in accurate accounting on accrued and deferred income, identifying and implementing initiatives to improve processes and deliver business growth objectives. Partnering with the business leads to prepare full annual budgets and periodic forecasts in line with this.

Key Role:

Support contract managers, operations, and business development teams with a focus on commercial growth.

Responsibilities:

Compile annual operating plans, OGSPs, and ad hoc financial analyses; ensure accurate FSS reporting; support precise accounting for accrued and deferred income; and partner with business leads on budgets and forecasts.
