Resourcery Group are working with a market leading company with major international expansion plans on the cards for 2026. We are looking to bring on board a strong Finance Business Partner with commercial acumen.
This is a 12 - 15 month fixed term contract and requires 3 days working on site/2 WFH with flexible start times.
70,000 - 75,000 per annum plus bonus.
Your role will be to help drive and support the business into its next stages of significant growth. The role will require strategic, analytical and reporting skills to support all functions, with specific focus on the Commercial and Operations teams. Working solely on an international business unit with potential expansion into new territories, the role will engage multiple stakeholders at various levels of seniority and improve decision support, reporting and identifying opportunities and mitigating risks. The Finance Business Partner role:

• Key finance business partner for the General Manager, Commercial Team and wider cross-functional business to support and drive significant growth
• Support the Leadership team with insight and analysis for the major growth region helping to unlock their plans to be a major brand globally
• Reporting and analysis of business performance and profitability, identifying trends and opportunities
• Proactively challenge key stakeholders within the business to drive growth of both net sales and gross margin
• Support the building and maintenance of improved financial models and reports to allow greater strategic insight and decision support
• Development of KPI's and dashboards
• Support the weekly flash, forecasting and budgeting cycles
• Ownership of the business unit into the monthly management accounts pack
• Working closely with IT to validate and support the transition of reports into Power BI
• Support the Head of Commercial Finance, FD and wider Finance team with ad hoc analysis where necessary

The ideal candidate:

• A fully qualified accountant - CIMA/ACCA/ACA
• Have strong communication and presentation skills
• Be a proactive finance business partner
• Have a strong commercial and analytical mindset
• Solis FP&A (financial planning and analysis) skills
