What you'll bring to the team:
We're looking for a Finance Business Partner - MMM Production to join our Finance team on a fixed-term contract and help shape the financial future of Merlin Magic Making Production, supporting iconic brands including LEGO and Madame Tussauds.
If you're a strategic finance professional who enjoys partnering with senior leaders, shaping decisions and turning insight into action, this is an opportunity to play a key role at the heart of Merlin Magic Making.
This role is central to how MMM Production delivers its ambitions. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing clear financial insight, constructive challenge and trusted advice to support performance, recovery and long-term growth. You'll help ensure the financial foundations are in place to bring bold ideas to life, on time and on budget.
What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with senior leaders across MMM Production to drive financial performance and support strategic decision making
• Supporting the creation and delivery of a finance strategy aligned to Merlin's wider business goals
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling across the division
• Producing timely and accurate financial reports, translating data into clear and actionable insight
• Analysing performance, highlighting key drivers, risks and opportunities to improve outcomes and recovery
• Developing and tracking metrics to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensuring strong financial controls and processes aligned to regional and global policies

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified accountant with strong post qualification Finance Business Partnering experience
• Confident communicator, able to explain financial performance to non-finance stakeholders
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed, international organisation
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent financial analysis skills
• Experience with NetSuite is an advantage
• Able to translate data into clear, strategic business insight
