Now, we're looking for a Finance Business Partner to help drive that mission forward from our Head Office in Peterborough.



About the Role



This is not your average finance role. You'll be at the heart of our UK business, working closely with senior leaders to shape strategy, influence decisions, and bring clarity to complexity. With ownership of 55m in Chronic Care capacity costs, you'll provide the insight and foresight we need to make smart, impactful choices. You'll do more than just crunch numbers--this is your opportunity to challenge, advise, and lead.



What You'll Be Doing



Partner with senior managers across the business to lead our capacity cost forecasting and annual planning

Build and present clear, concise forecasts that highlight key risks and opportunities

Work closely with Clinical Services and Sales to support NHS partnership tenders and programmes

Collaborate with Marketing to manage a dynamic discretionary budget at a project level

Deliver meaningful financial reports and insightful variance analysis

Own the numbers--but more importantly, the story behind them

Help drive automation, smarter reporting, and new finance tools

Bring energy, commercial focus, and clarity to everything you do



Who You Are



You're not just great with numbers--you know how to use them to tell a story, spark a conversation, and drive real change.

You're confident, commercially minded, and ready to build strong partnerships across the business.

You'll bring:

A professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent experience

Strong Excel skills (bonus points if you've used E1 or GLI)

A sharp eye for detail with the ability to zoom out and see the bigger picture

Confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders--respectfully, of course

A self-starter attitude and a passion for making a difference
