Ready to turn data into decisions and insight into impact?

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll support a range of functional teams across the business, helping shape its future through financial insight and collaborative partnerships. This role goes beyond reporting, budgeting, and planning. You'll provide tailored financial advice and support, enabling teams to evaluate performance and make informed decisions. The focus will be on Optics, where you'll deliver trading analysis and insight, understanding the drivers behind performance and their impact on key KPIs.

You'll take ownership of analysing trading across product categories, delivering financial insights and supporting pricing and promotional strategies with robust financial modelling and scenario planning. You'll also track and evaluate commercial trials and initiatives, ensuring learnings are captured and applied.

Your work will help shape KPI reporting, ensuring it remains relevant, clear, and actionable. You'll support monthly management accounting and reporting for agreed cost centres and contribute to the annual budgeting process, helping stakeholders understand and manage their financial positions.

Building and maintaining relationships will be key, as you work closely with business partners--offering constructive challenge and financial guidance. You'll also get involved in ad hoc projects aligned to business priorities and help drive a culture of continuous improvement.

We're looking for someone with strong commercial acumen who is ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified. You'll be confident working with Excel and ideally have experience using tools like PowerBI and Databricks SQL to turn data into meaningful insight. You'll be a clear and confident communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to simplify complex financial information and present it clearly will help non-financial colleagues make data-driven decisions.

This role closes 4th September 2025; however, we may close the advert sooner if we get inundated with high-quality applications. Apply now - you'll be pleased that you did.
