The main purpose of your role as

Finance Business Partner

is to play a vital part in providing financial insights and support decision-making, influence business outcomes and drive financial performance within FullFibre.




As the

Finance Business Partner

you will provide valuable insights into cost management, support strategic and commercial decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency through robust financial reporting, planning, and analysis. E xperience within telecoms is preferred to effectively understand project dynamics, cost structures, and operational challenges.

Skills & Experience required to do this role...

Build effective relationships and is flexible and collaborative in approach. Mathematically astute with a strong business acumen with experience in creating and generating reporting that provide stakeholders clear concise information and value. Shows a desire to deliver an excellent service to both to Customers and the wider finance team and is loyal to the brand. Exceptional communication skills with an organised and methodical approach. Familiar in working to strict deadlines and thrives under pressure. Structured in your approach but understanding that structure is an enabler not a constraint. Open to travel to work together with the Central Finance Team Solid understanding of the principles of bookkeeping and financial controls Excellent understanding of Excel .

Qualifications required for this role...



A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, and/or studying towards a Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).

Your key responsibilities are...



To build strong, close and collaborative working relationships with your customers. Provide a framework and training to allow your customers to take ownership of regional build costs and enable them to establish a cost control culture, with a continuous improvement mentality. Co-piloting the financial and non-financial forecasting processes. To support the central finance function and your customers, in the budget and forecast submissions. To identify and evaluate project trends and their implications to inform the business and propose opportunities for course-correction to create a more cost-effective network build. Provide Information flows into the wider finance reporting team to ensure resilient and accurate historical and forecast data. To support the adoption of great reporting structures. Collaborate and solve complex business problems and strategic questions for the build division across multiple geographies using your intimate knowledge of the data. Financial project evaluation analysis such as payback, contribution and IRR
