Join us as a Finance Business Partner, where your role will be integral to supporting strategic and operational decision-making through financial insight, performance reporting, and business analysis.

What you'll be doing:

Business Partnering & Financial insight; Acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across the business, providing financial analysis and insight, to support commercial and operational decisions.

KPI Reporting & Commercial Database Management; Maintaining and updating the existing suite of KPI's delivered from the commercial contract data base. In addition to identifying, designing and implementing new KPI's that reflect evolving business priorities and contract performance.

Forecasting, Budgeting & Financial Planning; Contributing to the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes. In addition to monitoring performance against forecast and budget, identifying variances and supporting mitigation actions.

Business Partnering and Performance Analysis; Analysing ROI for client contracts, monitoring performance against original proposals and business hurdles.

Adherence to ASK4's policies, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including, but not limited to all those relevant to Information Security, Health and Safety and The OneASK4 Way.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of:

Budgeting and forecasting, both from a P&L and cash flow perspective.

Previous experience in one or more Commercial Finance / FP&A roles, ideally in fast-paced, complex environments; or

Experience in Professional Services operating predominantly in a commercial focussed department (e.g. Deal Advisory, Transaction Services etc).

Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA), or equivalent.

Excellent Excel and analytical modelling skills.

Highly analytical, and intellectually curious.

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

Proven track record of working with Senior stakeholders.

Passionate about being part of a culture where continuous improvement is sought.

Strong knowledge of core accounting principles.

Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
